Dr. Davindra Singh is a dermatologist who possesses a wealth of experience based on almost fifteen years as a practising physician. He began his career in a remote Northern Ontario community, practising as a family physician and emergency physician for approximately eight years. While there, Dr. Singh served as Chief of Staff at the local hospital and Medical Director of a nursing home.
Dr. Singh is the Founder and Lead Dermatologist of AvantDerm, a full-service dermatology clinic that has pursued niche markets in Toronto that work to fill voids in care. He holds academic appointments at the University of Toronto, Lakehead University, Laurentian University and Queens University and is actively involved in the teaching of medical students and residents.

Dilprit Grewal is the Senior Vice President Wholesale and Brokerage Operations at CIBC. Prior to joining CIBC in the Corporate Development group in 2007, Dilprit was at Scotiabank, where he started his career.
Originally starting as a management trainee, Dilprit took on increasing responsibilities, and prior to leaving was the Senior Vice President of International Mergers and Acquisitions.
Dilprit obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario, and subsequently returned to UWO to obtain his MBA, graduating on the Dean’s List.

Mr. Preet Dhindsa joined the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) in January 2011 in the capacity of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & Chief Financial Officer. Preet is responsible for finance, human resources, and enterprise risk management and works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to modernize and transform OLG, a $7B organization, from market facing, operational and corporate services perspectives.
Preet is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director, with over twenty years experience primarily in the financial services and gaming & lottery industries, and in professional services environments with Big 4 global accounting firms. Prior to joining OLG, Preet was an Associate Partner at Deloitte based in Toronto where he mainly supported clients through transition during corporate acquisitions and divestitures. Preet also held executive positions at Invesco Trimark in the areas of finance, HR and sales management.
Preet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario, and a Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. Preet obtained his Chartered Director designation from The Directors College - a joint venture of McMaster University and The Conference Board of Canada. Preet is currently a member of the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation Board of Directors and Audit Committee, and Chair of the Fiscal Relations Committee.

Rani is a Partner in the Risk Consulting practice of Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP working in the Toronto office. Over the course of her 20 years of experience,Rani has been advising clients on a broad spectrum of business issues focusing mainly on the financial services industry. Her expertise has enabled her to advise on enterprise risk management, operational risk, financial and corporate governance, internal audit and internal controls. Rani earned a BCom degree from the University of Toronto in 1992 and joined the firm that same year. She received a CA designation in 1995. In 1997 she worked for a leading Canadian investment firm and in 1998 Rani returned to PwC. Rani is a frequent speaker on numerous business topics to professional and business groups.

Harcharan (Harry) Singh has over 35 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the global Pharmaceutical Industry. Starting out as Product Manager in 1972 with Warner-Lambert Company in India, Harcharan has held corporate positions including General Manager & COO, Tata Pharma, India and Director, Lederle International. He founded Glopec International Inc in Canada in 1990 and has been the President/CEO since inception.
Harcharan has been an equity investor/promotor/Director in several companies including RA Chem Pharma, India, Eirgen Pharma, Ireland, Concord Biotech, India, Synovics Pharma Inc, USA, and Biophore LLP, USA/Biophore Pharmaceuticals. He has served on the Advisory Board of the Indo Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and also currently serves on the Board of St Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. Harcharan is a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

B. S. (Lally) Marwah has had a distinguished career with IBM Corporation, Nortel Networks, and the public sector; and most recently on the Board of TSSA.
In parallel, Marwah has also lectured on applied Statistics at the University of Toronto, and in other forums in the Americas, Europe and the Far East. He represents Canada in ISO, the international organization for standardization; and chairs key ISO standards on statistical techniques, and quality management.
Marwah’s public service roles include chairing the United Way campaign and serving on the JPAAC. He has also served on the Boards of industrial and academic institutions, notably the University of Waterloo.
Marwah has been an advisor to art exhibitions at the Royal Ontario Museum and the Art Gallery of Ontario, and has himself mounted lectures and exhibitions on the art and culture of the Sikhs.

Dr.Pannu’s interest in Sikh heritage has its roots in his ancestral village of Naushera Pannuan, in Tarn Taran district of Punjab, the site of much of early Sikh history. He has sponsored and promoted initiatives related to the history and culture of the Sikhs; and his collections of rare books, paintings, coins, manuscripts and historic Sikh artifacts have been featured in exhibitions in prominent museums.
