Program Overview
The Nuturing Excellence Mentorship Program is a dedicated initiative to uplift Sikh youth by fostering meaningful connections between between experienced Sikh professionals and entrepreneurs, and aspiring Sikh students. Rooted in Sikh values like seva, integrity, and community building, the program provides a platform for mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Our Goals
We will strive to develop a robust network of mentorship relationships that enhance the academic and professional development of youth aged 16 and above. The program runs for 6 months, providing consistent guidance and support throughout the year.

Program Duration
The program shall run for a 6-month period, providing mentees with consistent guidance and support throughout the year. Each mentorship relationship is designed to be flexible, with mentors and mentees working together on a personalized schedule to address key areas of development.
